Your child's Coach will contact you no later than July 15th. Coaches will reach out by phone, text or email. If your contact information changes, please log back into your demosphere registration profile and make the updates. You can access demosphere by clicking the Log In / Register button at the top of the page. If you have not heard from your coach by mid-July, please email northwesternyouthsoccer@gmail.com.
Practices can start as early as July 15th (based on your team's schedule). Your Coach will notify you of your practice start date and time. Practices are determined by the Coaches, not by the organization. Reminder, your Coaches are volunteers and practice times are based on their schedule.
Practices can continue after Opening Day as long as there is field availability, and it doesn't interfere with any games being played.

Games are typically played Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, leaving Mondays open for make-up games.
This allows for a 10-Game Season.

Travel Teams will have to travel to other fields in the area for half of their games. They will also participate in a Final Tournament the weekend of October 11th & 12th at Kyle Park in Tipp City, Ohio. Check out the Travel Information page, located in the "Game Information" tab at the top of the page for Field Locations & Maps.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

COACHES
Please consider Coaching or Assisting your child's team. Without Volunteers in these Roles, we will have no choice than to make larger teams, which results in less playing time for our athletes.
